Incorporate Cool Terra into the Soil Root Zone
For best results, simply apply Cool Terra into the root zone and continue with normal fertilizer and water-use practices.
- For Sod/Seeding spread Cool Terra Organic to create a thin layer ensuring no areas have more tha 1/.2″. Then lay sod or seed. If seeding, incorporate both seeds and Cool Terra into the top soil.
- For Existing Turf apply Cool Terra after aeration by evenly spreading and raking Cool Terra into aeration holes. Repeat the application with aeration cycles until Cool Terra has been applied 4 times (with no more than 2 applications per year).
- For Landscape Bedding apply and blend evenly into the top 4″ of soil
- For Trees and Shrubs blend ~5% by volume into the backfill (optionally blend with compost)
